Rockwall County Republican Men’s Club Monthly Meeting

Please join us for our monthly Men’s Club meeting. As we celebrate Mardi Gras this week, our speaker is Mike Bayham, State Representative, Dist.103 of the Louisiana House of Representatives.

Rep. Bayham was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives in 2023 with 62% of the vote.
Born in New Orleans and residing in St. Bernard Parish, Bayham passed the most bills of any freshman legislator during the 2024 Regular Legislative Session.

Some of Bayham’s legislative accomplishments include doubling the minimum jail time for those convicted of sexually abusing minors, increasing criminal penalties for those who obstruct traffic during an unpermitted protest, cracking down on speed cameras, and removing barriers to entry for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Bayham is a lifelong Republican and served as Secretary of the Louisiana Republican Party from 2018 to 2022.
