Mitch Ownby

President

Business Owner Mitch Ownby has been a resident of Rockwall County for almost 30 years, moving here in 1993 to manage EMS in Rockwall County. In 1996, Mitch was a principal in the formation of Rockwall County EMS, an organization designed to meet the specific needs of Rockwall County and its forecasted growth. Mitch was a member and EMS Chief of the Rockwall Fire Department for more than ten years.

Mitch serves as a member of the Rockwall County Road Consortium and is member of the Board of Managers at the J.E.R. Chilton YMCA in Rockwall.

Scott Dodson

Vice President

Scott Dodson is President and CEO of Compression Works, LLC – a medical device company focusing on hemorrhage control devices for our warfighters and civilians. Prior to moving to Heath, he led blue chip, mid cap and venture backed medical device companies in global markets for over 30 years.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, where he played Division 1 football, and an MBA from Columbia University. He currently serves on the Heath Economic Development Council and is on the Board of Directors for Lonestar CASA.

Casey Campbell

Secretary

Attorney Casey Campbell is a partner with the firm Schell Cooley Campbell LLP, where he has spent more than a decade focusing his practice on medical malpractice defense and the representation of healthcare providers in all matters of civil litigation. In addition to his healthcare focus, Mr. Campbell maintains a commercial litigation practice, representing business owners in complex, multi-party litigation.

Casey received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from Washington University School of Law. While in law school he was accepted into the Hofstra University Study Abroad Program, where he studied direct under U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia in Sorrento, Italy.

Christopher Steinsholt

Treasurer

Rockwall resident Christopher Steinsholt, an Air Force veteran, is a financial advisor with RoseStone Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. For over 10 years his focus has been directed to helping others by way of developing sophisticated investment strategies for individuals, their families, and their businesses in pursuit of meeting their short and long-term financial goals. 

Christopher earned his master’s in Personal Financial Planning through The College for Financial Planning (CFFP) and while serving in the Air Force he achieved his master’s in Business Administration through the University of Phoenix. Christopher currently chairs the Rockwall Veterans Business Alliance (RVBA), serves with the Texas Valor Project (TVP), and serves as the Foundation Chair for the Rotary Club of Rockwall.
